Teralani catamaran cruise... I highly recommend this cruise. The boat was really nice, the food was great, and the staff were really fun. They took us to two terrific snorkeling spots. I saw my first shark and I didn't freak out! Hooray!!! Those of you who know me well know I am deathly afraid of them. Dave may convince me to scuba dive after all! We also saw so many sea turtles. One came within 2 feet of Dave and I and he didn't even seem to care we were there. He just went about his own business. After snorkeling we went Whale watching and we were lucky enough to see a bunch. We got into the middle of about 5 or 6 of them and just watched them for awhile. They are so amazing to watch in the wild. It definitely beats Sea World (sorry Shamu).
As I mentioned before our good friends the Metcalfs were on their Honeymoon in Maui. As luck would have it their resort was right next to ours so we saw them quite a bit. They came on the cruise with us. I was so glad they did!
Boogie Boarding... Ted's friend Ed told us that the best boarding was at Flemings Beach so we decided to give it a shot. We only had two boards so I let the boys board while I watched and took pictures. It's highly entertaining to watch.
I love this shot of Adam. I think it could be on the cover of a Boogie Boarding Magazine, if there is such a thing. Who knows we did see some "sponsored" boarders that day.
The Road to Hana... one morning (at 5:00 a.m. I might add) Dave and I took off just the two of us to drive the extremely winding, but gorgeous road to Hana. We actually ended up driving past Hana to go to the Seven Sacred Pools. It had rained a lot the night before so the pools were flash flooding. It was quite the sight! We then hiked up to a 400 ft. tall waterfall. I was speechless when I saw it. We were the only ones on the trail and at the top so it was like we had our own private adventure!
Golfing... Let me preface this by saying that when I used to hear people say that they spent a lot of time golfing in Hawaii I thought they were crazy. I would say "you can golf in Utah" why do it in Hawaii. Now that I have golfed in Maui I completely understand. The courses there are truly something else. Some of the most breathtaking scenery and views can only be found on the golf courses. We golfed the Kahili course on Maui one day and the two courses on the small island of Lanai (the Challenge at Manele & the Experience at Koele) another day. The challenge is ranked 14th on the top 100 golf courses list. They were both unbelievable! The clubhouse at Koele
I think this shot of Ted is really coolHelicopter tour... On our last day we went on a helicopter tour over to the island of Molokai. It was such a great experience. It was my first time on one, and I am so glad I didn't back out.

*we took so many pictures there is no way I can post them all. I did however post them on my Facebook page so to see more pics click on the following links...

Maui is the best!! I am so glad you had an awesome trip. Isn't the helicopter ride just out of this world? Your photos make me want to go back SO badly. I could be addicted quickly too.
Yay for Hana! My grandparents have a house there and we're going in 4 months, I can't wait! Your pictures got me even more excited!
Hey Natalie,
Okay so secretly I look at your blog! These pictures are beautiful and I really want to go there. I think Scott would die and go to heaven if he could play a course like that. What a neat experience for you guys. My brother Tay and Keri were just there in some of those same places! I think it's our turn now.
