Last week I got to spend a day with my nephew Michael while my sister was at work. I always feel bad when I have the kids over to our house because we don't have toys for them to play with like their other aunts but Mikey didn't mind since he found some fun "toys" to entertain himself. Thank goodness kids are so easily entertained. I had to take pictures. I wish I was this easily amused! Here are some of the things he found amusing...
door stoppers... I think these were his favorite. He found them hilarious
stairs... he never got bored of climbing up and down
Bar stool... he pushed it all around the main floor, he got pretty fast after awhile
Curtains & Blinds
The little guy even came with me out to Rod Works and Tai Pan where he helped me pick out this for our front yard...
He literally picked it out. I didn't even notice it until he reached out of the cart and grabbed it. He has pretty good taste for an 11 month old. Dave's response when he saw my purchase "Babe why do we have a hoe sticking out of our garden?" FYI Dave it's called a rake

that's so funny. cute rake by the way. i bought a sign that says "harvest" on it from taipan and chris asked my why i would buy something that says harvest on it to hang up for two months...men they just don't understand do they!
p.s. we need to plan a girls night!!!
Just so you know, I have toys all over my house and Mikey still goes for the door stops... or my hairbrushes or the remote. So see you don't even need kid toys. At least he didn't try to swim in your toilet. Thanks for watching my little man. I'm glad it was entertaining.
