Notebook vs. Traffic

So Dave has a little problem of forgetting to take things off of the top of his car before he drives away. I am constantly reminding him. About a month ago he was driving and some girl started following him waving and honking. Thinking she was crazy Dave tried to lose her. I guess he thought it was her strange way of hitting on him or something lol. She continued to follow him and eventually at a red light got out of her car and came and told Dave that he had left his shoes on his roof( his favorites by the way). Luckily for him she was nice enough to persist his attempt to dodge her! So when he came home tonight and showed me what was left of one of his school notebooks I couldn't help but laugh. He had stopped for lunch and was headed up to play softball with his med school team, which by the way only him and Chris showed up so thus they forfeited, slackers! He realized once he got to the field what he had done and headed back down to see if he could find it. The good news is that he found it, in front of my old sorority house no less, the bad news is that what had previously been a folder filled with over 200 pages of nice crisp, highlighted notes now looked like this... The rest of the pages were sprawled all over 1st South. That's what happens when you "drop" something on a very busy street. Luckily he was able to re-print the notes, for free, at Milton Bennion Hall (U students get 300 free pages of printing per year, fyi). When I told Dave I had to blog about it he said "what if the cops come after me for littering" by that point I was laughing so hard I couldn't stop. I swear with Dave there is never a dull moment!

Haha, that is so Dave to think the cops will come after him for littering! Just like when he thought the Polygamists were going to chase us out of town! Haha! We miss you guys! Hope everything is going well!

What a sad story. Totally something I would do. Tyson went to the softball game but couldn't find a place to park. I know lame, I wish he would of called me and I could of come home to take him. Three still wouldn't of been a team. Sad day!
