Good Morning America voted Sleeping Bear Dunes Park the most beautiful place in America and now I see why. You drive through a beautiful forest then you come to these huge dunes that go right into the bright blue waters of Lake Michigan. The pictures don't even begin to do this place justice! I was truly amazed. You can hike down the dunes if you want but the sun was starting to set and we wanted to see more of the coast so we passed (plus we saw people coming up and they looked pretty exhausted, ha)
