Today is Miss Hailey's second Birthday. I would say I can't believe she is two but honestly I can. Maybe it's since she's tall or because she is so talkative but it seems everyone has thought she was 2 for some time now and to me she seems much older. She is definitely wise for her years. She is full of personality and makes me laugh all day. I wish I could record everything she says. Here are a few of my favorite Hailey-isms lately...
-She found Nora's blanket the other day and yelled down the stairs "Nora come up and get your blankie"
-Whenever I ask her not to do something or tell her no she says "Mommy, be nice!"
-She constantly asks me "hey Mom whatcha doin?"
-Whenever she gets hurt she says" kiss it better right here"
-during a prayer at Dave's Moms house the other day she caught Adam sneaking a peek at her and quickly said "hey Adam close your eyes"
-when she has a dirty diaper she says "I poopy again, change you?" and lays down waiting to be changed.
-when she sees me nursing Nora she says "uh-oh Nora eating Mommy"
I wish I could remember more, the girl literally talks my ear off all day long and I love it! Here are a few things about Hailey at 2 years old...she can count to 20 in English and ten in Spanish... loves to sing, especially her ABC's, Itsy Bitsy Spider, Popcorn Poping or Jesus wants me for a Sunbeam...knows her colors and shapes...loves watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse or Tangled ("the Princess movie") and she loves to dance to music.
Sunday night we had a party to celebrate her Birthday as well as Dave's uncle Troy and cousins Brian and Sam. We had the party at Ted and Susans beautiful new house. The weather was perfect and Hailey loved all the attention.

The boys were nice enough to let Hailey do the honors of blowing out the Birthday candles. She thought it was pretty cool!
