Today was a day we have both looked forward to and dreaded for a long time. Dave took his USMLE step 1 boards today. For those not familiar with Med school this test is a huge deal. It plays a key role in what kind of residency program he can get into. After months of intense studying and a killer 8 hour test it is finally over!!! I am so proud of how dedicated he has been. To celebrate we went to dinner, went to the park, then came home and put Hailey to bed and watched a movie. I literally cannot remember the last movie we watched together. It was fabulous! We are looking forward to a couple days break until he starts his clinical rotations next Tuesday. It's only a few days but hey we will take him whenever we can get him!

Congrats Dave (and Natalie for surviving)! That bottom picture of Dave reading to Hailey just melts me! She obviously adores her Daddy. Enjoy your weekend!
