Ward Carnival

We recently received a new calling in our Ward to be on the Activities committee. We had our first event this weekend. We did a Spring Carnival and it couldn't have turned out better. Our committee is small so I was nervous that we would be able to pull it off but it turned out great. The weather was perfect and everyone had a fabulous time. We really went all out...cotton candy, popcorn and snow cone machines, games, races, bingo, face painting and even pony rides!!! It was such a great afternoon.  The funnest part was getting to hang out with Dave. It was a great study break for him.

Our attempt at a family photo. We could've had someone else take it for us but where's the fun in that. Dave held up his sunglasses to get Hailey's attention. She paid attention alright ha ha!

 I helped with the food and Dave was running the games so we took turns toting Hailey around in the front pack. She was happy as can be the whole time. Notice her flexed legs?  That's what she does when she is excited...so cute! 

I love my little Goober! 

I was so glad the weather was nice because I love our Wards pavilion. We have so much space! I love all the big trees too.
