It's really hit me this week that Hailey is no longer a newborn. I know what your thinking "hello are you just realizing this?" the answer is yes. I guess since I see her everyday her growing up kinda sneaks up on me. There were a couple things this week that really made me see how big she is getting.
First she had her first time in an umbrella stroller. I went shopping with my Mom not realizing that Hailey's stroller was in Dave's car up at school so we put her in the stroller my Mom has for the bigger kids. I was worried that she would be way too small but to my surprise she fit pretty well and she absolutely loved it! She loved being able to look out and see everything. We may have to get our bigger stroller out of the box.

I was at book club and she was playing on the floor while we were talking then all of a sudden I looked down to see she had rolled over. Kinda sad that I missed her actually doing it but oh well at least she did it.
She has also laughed a few more times this week. I do have to say that I am the only person that has been able to get her to laugh so far. Much to Dave's disliking of course. What can I say I guess her Mom is just funnier than her Dad, sorry Babe! ha ha

It really does just sneak up on you! I couldn't believe it when someone called Taija a toddler - CRAZY! That is funny about her laughing it was just the opposite for me - Justin could get her to laugh and I would be trying ALL day and he would just come home and she would laugh! Little stinkers!
She is so cute Nat. I'm back in SLC so when can I come meet her? Shall we do lunch sometime?
