Valentines Day

Valentines Day this year was incredible! Not only did I get to spend some quality time with my sweetheart but Dave's cute Dad surprised us with a hotel room at the Grand America!!! It was absolutely heavenly! I worked from 4-8 then went and met Dave in our room. Instead of battling the crowds in restaurants we decided to order room service. The only problem was when we ordered our dinner they told us it was at least an hour and a half wait. We were both starving so Dave had the brilliant idea to go get some appetizers so we drove through Albertos to get nachos. We were laughing pretty hard as we carried our Albertos bag through the exsqiusite lobby of the hotel. We definitely got some funny looks. When the room service finally came they actually messed up our order so we got an extra free sandwich. So we definitely did not need the nachos we had so much left over!

The next morning we met Ted and Susan for a wonderful buffet breakfast then spent the rest of the day enjoying our beautiful surroundings. It could not have been a more relaxing weekend getaway. Thanks so much Ted!

As if the day could be any more perfect Dave also surprised me with tickets to see Rascal Flatts next week! I am beyond excited. Thanks Babe for the best Valentines ever!
