23rd Birthday

Last Saturday I turned 23... yikes! I feel so old! Dave made sure that my day was extra special. I woke up to a yummy breakfast in bed which Dave made all by himself, he was very proud. He made me stuffed french toast with peanut butter and bananas, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit and a smoothie. He even got me some twizzlers which are my favorite candy. Lets just say I ate until I was stuffed but still couldn't finish his feast. After breakfast I got to go to a baby shower for my friend Kaitlin, then Dave gave me the choice between going to get massages or going golfing at Willow Creek Country Club. It was such a beautiful day I chose golf, although I did take a rain check on the massages and we are going this week instead. Golfing was a blast. I played the best round I have in a long time. After golf we went to a yummy dinner at Outback. Dave let me choose and for some reason Outback just sounded good. We had it in Hawaii and I've been craving it ever since. We decided to head to a drive-in movie after dinner which is one of my favorite things to do in the summer. Dave was a good sport and saw back-to-back chick flicks. He didn't even complain, well not too much anyway. Thanks Babe for an amazing Birthday!!!

My parents were nice enough to let us take their car to the movie. When we stopped by to get it their neighbors dogs were outside so we ended up playing with them for a long time. I had to take a picture because this dog is sweetest thing. He loved playing with Dave.Dave finishing off my birthday sundae.
On Sunday we went to my parents for a yummy dinner and Birthday cake.

My cute neices Anna and Ellie made me handmade Birthday cards. They are so precious.
