Frankenmuth, MI

A few weeks ago Hailey and I had a Mommy-daughter day and headed to the town of Frankenmuth with some friends. She had been acting not quite herself that week so I thought some one on one time would be good for the both of us. Nora stayed home with Dave and got some much needed Daddy time so it was a win win. Frankenmuth (aka Little Bavaria) is a charming German town where it's Christmas all year. I really did feel like I was in a other country. It was such a fun place! We had lunch at the popular Zehnders then explored downtown a little.  Frankenmuth is also home to the world's largest Christmas store called Bronner's. Sadly we did not get there on this trip. We stopped at the outlets on the way and got "stuck" in the Pottery Barn outlet a little longer than we had anticipated. I was going to stop by Bronners on the way out of town but the place was literally a zoo and Hailey was tired so we headed home. Looks like we have an excuse to go back (twist my arm)
