Well, we are back from heaven. To say that I am glad Dave chose to do his family practice rotation in St. George is a huge understatement. It is seriously just what we needed after being cooped up all winter. The weather was devine (only one overcast day the whole time!) and it was great getting some much needed vitamin D. My parents were nice enough to let us stay in their beautiful home so we definitely lived in luxury. Dave got to be there for almost a month and my bosses (and clients...thanks) were nice enough to give me some time off so I was able to be there for almost 3 weeks. Here are some of the fun things we did...
SWIMMING
almost everyday (sometimes twice a day). Hailey has become quite the little swimmer! She loves the water and as long as she has her floaties on will "swim" freely by herself.

ST. GEORGE TEMPLE
We headed to the temple after church one day when the Whitmores and my Mom were in town (so fun having them there by the way) It was such a beautiful day!

PETROGLYPHS
My Mom took us on a great hike to see some amazing petroglyphs. Hailey insisted on walking most of the way so it made for a slow trip but we made it to the top.
SAND DUNES
One night after Dave was off work we headed up snow canyon to explore. Hailey's favorite by far was the sand dunes. She was in heaven!

here she is saying "cute" when she says it she scrunches her face and shrugs her shoulders. It is adorable!

ARTS FESTIVAL
One weekend my parents and cute grandma were in town and we all headed to the art's festival. There was a lot of fun stuff to look at and Hailey loved the live music and dancers.
PARK DAYS
We spent a lot of time at this great park not too far from the house. They have a fenced in dog park there too and Hails loved going to watch the "gog-gogs"

LONG WALKS
Hailey and I went for a long walk every morning (well I walked she rode in the stroller) We both loved them. We did a lot of walks after dinner with Daddy too. She is now obsessed with going on walks. Today she grabbed her shoes, went to the front door and said "go walk?"

We just got back from 4 days in St. George, so I can imagine how wonderful 3 weeks was! Those pictures are darling, and I can't believe she is floating around with floaties, that is amazing! She is such a doll!
Oh my gosh, that looks like the best month ever! You guys did awesome things, and it seems like a every day was relaxing and so fun. Hailey is gorgeous and seems like so much fun.
It looks so beautiful! Taija too loves to swim and I love that afterwards she takes such a great nap! Glad you were able to spend some time there!
It sounds like the weather was pretty much the same as up here...oh wait you said one overcast day...we got one sunny day. I am seriously SO jealous reading this post because we have been completely ROBBED of a spring and it's starting to make me grouchy. Maybe we just need to move to St. George :)
