When Dave starts posting random videos on our blog I know it's time for me to stop slacking. I have been meaning to get to it but have been preoccuppied I guess. Anyways...
As I already mentioned Dave surprised me with tickets to see Rascal Flatts for Valentines. This was a big gesture on his part cause lets just say he is not a huge country fan. He has always like the Flatts though and I think after seeing them in concert he likes them even more. The show was amazing! They are great performers and they sounded fabulous. The stage setup was very unique with some great special effects. Think giant balloons dropped from the ceiling etc. Jessica Simpson opened for them and it was the first time I had really heard her country stuff. It wasn't horrible but I think she should stick to pop. Dave was adamant that she was lip-synching until she messed up some of her lyrics, I guess she proved him wrong even if she did make a fool of herself doing it. It was such a great date night. Thanks babe for the wonderful surprise!
