White Coat Ceremony

Tomorrow is Dave's first day of Med school. It seems like we have been waiting for this day forever but at the same time I can't believe it is already here. This past week he had orientation week so he got to know some of his classmates better. It was fun for me because there were some fun barbeque's that I got to go to and meet some of his classmates and their wives. I am sure us wives will get really close in the next four years, we need someone to hangout with while are husbands are studying right? Friday was the White coat ceremony. It was a great presentation. There were two phenomenal speakers and then all the med students where given their white coats and their very own stethoscope. Dave tested his on me when we got home and good news I have a heartbeat. I am so proud of Dave and I am excited for him to be starting this adventure!
Thanks to both of our families for coming to support Dave. It meant a lot to have you all there!
Dave's Mom and Grandma Lennox
The DeMills We had to laugh when I met my parents because we were all wearing black. Apparently we were mourning Dave's freedom being over ;)
