Last weekend we celebrated Dave's 25th birthday with a weekend full of playing. The weekend began on Thursday night when my parents took us to Dinner and a Movie. Dave picked new restaurant called Fratelli's in Draper. It was delicious! Then we went and saw Wall-E which is actually a pretty good show. He is the cutest robot you will ever see. Friday night Dave's brother Adam took him to the Journey/Heart concert out at Usana with some friends while I was at work (I was pretty jealous) then we all met up after and headed up to Dave's family cabin in Bear Lake. We didn't get there until 3:oo a.m. but the drive was filled with good conversation and excitement...if you call hitting a raccoon excitement, so sad! We had such a great weekend. Even when Adam tied to kill me by launching me off a 4-wheeler in our attempt to evade some persistent deer flies. Sorry Adam you knew I had to give you a hard time :) The weather was wonderful so we spent a lot of time on the Lake. We didn't get as early of a start as we would have liked thanks to our late night arrival so when we got out on the lake it was pretty crowded which means choppy water so the guys did a lot of air-chairing. If you have never seen anyone air-chair you are missing out. It is seriously my favorite water sport to watch, yes watch, I have yet to have the guts to do it but maybe someday I will. I especially like watching Dave because he makes the most hilarious faces! After a fabulous day we went to Bear Lake Pizza for Dave's Birthday dinner and then Ann made a yummy cake for desert. I told Dave that we should celebrate his Birthday like that every year!

Even though I was only there for 1/4 of the celebration, it was fabulous! So happy I made your blog!
What a fun birthday weekend for your husband. Natalie you need to try the airchair just to try it and say you did. I have tried it a couple times and I'm not going to lie I'm really bad at it but it is so freakin hard. I can't stay steady, I just go up and down up and down and then fall. It's hilarious. This really is such a small world cause I remember dave's brother Adam from the singles ward. I didn't know him very well, but I remember seeing him and meeting him a few times. I had no idea that he was dave's brother. And is steve dave's brother too. My cousin, lindsay, dated him for awhile ago and I remember him from the singles ward aswell. What a small world!
How fun! I saw Dave today at the office cause I got lasik yesterday (and can i just say that your dad is a miracle man! haha I love it!) and he said you guys are off to Alaska tomorrow! You lucky girl! Have so much fun! We'll have to catch up soon! love you!
