Ski Day

This weekend Dave and I went skiing at Park City with his Dad and brother Adam. It hadn't been skiing for 3 or 4 years (skiing was a big no-no when I was playing volleyball). I was pretty nervous to go with the guys for my first time in that long, but I ended up having so much fun. Adam was working Ski Patrol so he took us to the top of the resort and gave us a tour of the patrol "shack". There is the coolest lookout point behind the shack, we could see all the way to little Cottonwood Canyon. There is only one drawback to touring the top of the resort, what goes up...must come down! Adam somehow convinced me that I could handle the double-black diamond terrain in the Jupiter bowl...yikes!!! I am glad to say I survived it, not as gracefully as I would've liked thanks to a pretty good face plant, but it was still a blast! Thanks guys for letting me join you!

Natalie I am very impressed that you went down the double black diamond! I am all about the blue squares, I hate moguls.
