One of my favorite things about Christmas is decorating the house. Last year we were in the middle of moving so I didn't get to decorate so this year I had some catching up to do. This year my parents surprised us by buying us a tree. I told them nothing big so they got us the cutest little tree you'll ever see. It's the perfect size for the two of us. We decided not to put lights on it since it sits right by drapes and a heat vent (talk about asking for a fire)
Every year my family decorates gingerbread houses. My mom, being the amazing woman she is, makes these incredible houses from scratch and then we decorate them. It's always so much fun. I especially like seeing what all the little ones do with their houses, it's pretty funny!
